Return Policy:
Prior authorization from customer service is required before returned merchandise will be accepted. Please email customer service at sales@catscraftcupboard.com or call 760-480-8114 to obtain authorization. Requests for returns must be made within 10 days of order receipt.
Once authorization is received, you may return any unopened, unused, items that are in resalable condition. A credit will be applied to the credit card you used in the transaction.
Damaged items may be returned for a new item only if the item was damaged during shipping.
We will inspect the item, make the claim and process the return/exchange within 30 days.
Please note: Sales are final on all gift certificates, clearance items, books, magazines, DVDs, cardstock and software products.
A 20% restocking charge may be assessed when returns are not a result of our error and shipping charges will not be refunded. Copy of invoice must accompany merchandise. Credit will not be given for merchandise received opened, used, or in unsalable condition.
